Ben Infotech RMA Process



Step 1:
Create an account on RMA Portal (rma.beninfotech.ae).

Step 2: Login to your account and open a new ticket.

Step 3: Support team will try to troubleshoot and fix the issue by providing steps or will check remotely.

Step 4: You will receive an RMA form with the case number and details by our support representative.

Step 5: Deliver the device along with the duly signed RMA form to our collection point.

Step 6: Support team will troubleshoot the issue with the Vendor and will update you accordingly.
